The Halibut Hot Hook was born in 2016 from the desire to develop a truly effective rig for halibut bait fishing.

After years of testing, countless prototypes, and dozens of demanding trips at sea, the concept gradually evolved into a finished product. The result was the Halibut Hot Hook — an innovative rig featuring a fixed whisker-style frame, optimized weight system, and carefully engineered proportions designed to solve many of the most common challenges in halibut bait fishing.
